
Summer is here in the PNW and I am beyond ready for patio parties! In collaborations with @empress1908gin I’ve created two crowd-pleaser cocktails for you to show off at your next get-together.

It is SO NICE to finally be able to get together again. That in itself is worth celebrating over cocktails. Empress 1908 Gin is micro-distilled in small batch copper-pot stills using eight botanicals: juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, cinnamon bark, butterfly pea blossoms and the Fairmont Empress Blend Tea. The pea blossoms is what gives it this gorgeous jewel color. The flavor is super clean and light, and it’s all-natural & gluten-free, which you already know is a non-negotiable for me. Which of the two cocktails would you try first?!

Popsicle:
– Prosecco & blueberry/grape juice
Cocktail:
– 1oz Empress 1908 Gin
– 1oz blueberry/grape juice
– 3/4 oz lime juice
– Shake, Top with Prosecco, float popsicle
BLOOM-BERRY MINT COLLINS

– Muddle mint and blueberries
– 2oz Empress 1908 Gin
– 1oz lemon juice
– 3/4oz simple syrup
– Top with club soda
